REHEARSAL SPACES

With 19 rehearsal studios of various sizes on our third and fourth floor, including 3 theatrical spaces, 440 Studios has the space to accommodate groups both big and small. Our studios are available for classes, dance (no tap, flamenco, or drumming), auditions, open calls, seminars, meetings, and rehearsals (no amplified instruments). All rooms are air conditioned. Rooms are available with tables, chairs, pianos, barres, and various rehearsal furniture - please make your needs known. CD Player Boomboxes are available at an additional cost.
